Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older and live in a state where Balto Health services are available, excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island. Void where prohibited by law.

Please do not include medical, medication, weight, BMI, diagnosis, lab, pharmacy, or insurance details in your comment.
Limit one entry per person.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on September 11 and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Prize
One eligible winner will receive 6 months of Balto Health service
Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $750, based on the standard membership rate of $125 per month. The regular value for an eligible Medicare Part D member is $450, based on the current rate of $75 per month.
The prize is Balto Health service only. Medication, prescriptions, insurance coverage, pharmacy costs, copays, deductibles, lab costs, imaging costs, and other third-party costs are not included or guaranteed.
Prescription treatment is available only if prescribed by a licensed provider after medical review.
Winner Selection
One potential winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries after the giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the prize. The Sponsor may require the winner to provide a completed Form W-9 and may issue any tax forms required by law. The winner should consult their own tax adviser.
Winner Notification and Claim Deadline
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from @baltohealth. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the first notification attempt and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility. If the potential winner does not respond by the deadline, cannot be verified, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random.
