1. Cancellation Timeline
You may cancel your Balto subscription at any time. Your cancellation rights depend on your current stage of service:
- Pre-Consultation: You may cancel at any time prior to your scheduled doctor's appointment for a full stop of future billing.
- During the Consult: If you decide not to proceed with the doctor's recommendations during your live call, you may cancel immediately during the consultation.
- Post-Consultation: Once the doctor has begun administrative work (such as insurance authorizations or GLP-1 referrals) following your call, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2. No Refunds & Final Access
Balto does not offer prorated refunds.
- If you cancel before your consultation or during the consultation, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after your consultation has concluded, you will continue to have full access to the Balto platform and your provider through the end of your current paid monthly term.
- Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
3. How to Cancel
To ensure your request is processed correctly, you may cancel using any of the following methods:
- Dashboard: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button within your Balto account settings.
- Email: Send a written request to support@balto.com.
- In-Session: Notify your doctor during your consultation that you do not wish to move forward.
